Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am really very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is generally just the beginning. It is certainly the light coming on in the house so that you can see everything for what it is actually. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. At times, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that might just be usually clinging on will feel like this is without a doubt all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is simply an especially important to time to consciously choose what is truly already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are literally these:

Unconditional love
Being actually able to clearly see what is generally real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are undoubtedly
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually

Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is really wonderful.

This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is actually now in motion.

All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are truly present.

They’re secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.

The word “symptoms” has connotations of experiencing a disease. You are actually being certainly cured of the illnesses in which you have been living.

Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is definitely all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not.

Many people are without a doubt trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be literally very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is normally healthy.

Simple Signs Of Spiritual Awakening

1. You feel as though your life is actually false

Every thing that you have believed, built, and worked towards seems to be false. Your life doesn’t feel as though it is definitely your own. You no longer seem like yourself– nearly everything you once enjoyed no longer brings you meaning or satisfaction.

2. You craving for meaning and purpose

You deeply desire to find the meaning of your life. You have no idea what your purpose is literally, but you want to find it desperately. There is generally a sense that something is truly “missing” inside of you (like a part of your soul).

3. You begin asking deep questions

Questions such as “Why am certainly I here?” “What’s the purpose of life?” “What happens after we die?” “Why do people suffer?” arise. You begin thinking more philosophically. Such profound thoughts can greatly disturb you as you don’t know the answers.

4. You realize that a lot of what you’ve been taught is really a lie

You begin to see how many beliefs, feelings, and values are literally not actually your own, but other people’s or inherited from your culture.

5. You feel completely lost and alone

Nothing in your life seems to make sense anymore. As a vagabond, you feel completely alone and cut off from people.

6. You see through the illusions of society

Materialism, success, and profit no longer mean anything to you. You get going feeling as though you are literally a cog in the machine of society.

7. You see how unhappy most people are

You awaken to the unhappiness and suffering of others. You might just commence to explore activism or read more about the human condition. It is tormenting for you to realize how much pain there is generally in the world.

8. You want to ‘purge’ your life

You are really sick and tired of feeling stranded, depressed, and hopeless. Suddenly, you feel the need to simplify and declutter your life. This could mean cutting ties with toxic people, reassessing your habits, throwing out old things, relocating to a new job or place to live, or even giving away most of what you own.

9. You begin experiencing deep empathy and compassion

As you set out paying more attention to the many hardships faced by humanity and nature alike, you develop more compassion. Your inherent empathy is truly awakened and you might perhaps find it hard to cope with the intensity of your feelings. This is certainly a pivotal point in your internal transformation: you either numb the pain you feel with addictions, or you find healthy ways to accept and express your emotions.

10. You see that we are generally all One

Not only do you intellectually understand that we are normally all interconnected, but you feel it deeply within your bones. You realize that our thoughts and beliefs influence reality, and that we are all fragments of one great Whole– that is undoubtedly, Spirit. Having fully experienced that we are certainly this Oneness, you find peace at last. Occasionally this stage can take years or even an entire lifetime.

Why Does Spritual Awakening happen

Have you ever thought of your spiritual awakening? People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. But spiritual awakening is generally such a state of mind which occurs due to some unexpected incidents of life. A person who is generally regularly having a fixed routine continues to move on, but if any such event takes place which he never expected, he can face an awakening of his spiritual mind.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person may perhaps get going to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury might probably have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he may perhaps have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he establishes to realize the deeper meaning of life. He might possibly get his spiritual soul awakened.

2. A dream is another reason for spiritual awakening. Many times it has been normally seen that a person has dreamt of some deity or Goddess who has given some messages. From that time a person might probably have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is undoubtedly fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

4. Though it sounds odd, it is actually not impossible that a person may well face some paranormal incidents in his life which can be simply magical or ghostly. Such type of experience might probably result in the spiritual awakening of a person.

5. Any incident which is literally unexpected might just take place at any time, an accident, death incident, trauma, failure, loss, etc. These may well suddenly result in spiritual awakening. Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he may well launch to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions may likely cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are normally out from the reality. It is normally such a state of mind where you set in motion to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are definitely in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is simply profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

The changes someone makes in their external life are without a doubt also not the point of this transformation.

We are literally not trying to create a more perfect or better life; those are undoubtedly ego goals.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is normally revealed to us what we are actually transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is undoubtedly complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be undoubtedly fit into neat categories.

However, with that being certainly said it is without a doubt helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are generally at right now. The following stages are simply general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is really a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are without a doubt searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is simply a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you start seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

In this stage, you are generally asking all the deep questions. You are truly in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You might probably have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

With the spiritual awakening process, there is actually always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may likely become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper.

Stage 6– Deeper personal work

In this stage, you are certainly not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep inner work. You may perhaps become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inside child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your inside work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You might possibly feel ready to be literally a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.

Note: it is common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is generally not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is definitely a complex and messy path, so it is really perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described.

Your spiritual awakening process is definitely unique to you. I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is normally an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are simply here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is generally often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated.

It is simple, direct, and clear.

So whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is simply a good time to get out your ego peeler.

Starting running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are literally and what life really is without a doubt. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is generally the beauty of the ego peeler.

When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

That said, a lot of initial internal work seems to get done for us. It’s almost like the Divine is without a doubt showing us how internal work should go.

As such, surrender is without a doubt another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

Choosing and actively engaging with ego issues is actually vital to doing inner work, but initially, surrender must come.

When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is normally moving you, you also swim.

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation.

There is literally often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is undoubtedly not to be actually confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra.

Good advice on how to deal:

Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be truly felt will keep them from being without a doubt stored in the body.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are definitely more sensitive to every thing around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is without a doubt sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be generally cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was generally due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Help on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is without a doubt causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is usually hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Help on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be normally patient. Whatever you do, do not be truly afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Many dreams might just be really mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are definitely not “dreaming” … that what is truly happening is without a doubt somehow real.

Opinions: You will remember what is definitely important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … often several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are really and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is actually a feeling that something is without a doubt about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Help and advice: There is undoubtedly nothing to worry about. Things are undoubtedly definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are truly around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Information: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are actually ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is definitely adjusting to your “lighter” state.

In some cases “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are literally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Tips and advice:. Keep in mind that it is truly best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze every thing to death (because you will be generally stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
