A spiritual awakening is generally realized throughout your body, heart, mind, and soul, but no sooner has that erupted than you are undoubtedly forced to see how limited you have been in so many regards. Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am actually very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is truly just the beginning. If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is literally an especially important to time to consciously choose what is truly already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are definitely these:

Unconditional love
Being literally able to clearly see what is generally real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are certainly
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually

This last part is actually key. Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is truly wonderful. In an opening or glimpse, the window opens, and then it shuts. When it shuts, a person can go back to the way they were undoubtedly acting before. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. But in awakening, the divine energy is certainly now in motion. Your perspective, emotions, and physical sensations all move and align seemingly on their own.

The lights in the house are simply all on. Sure you can close your eyes, but you know the truth. There can be certainly a feeling that there is definitely no going back.

All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are usually present.

They are really secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.

Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is usually all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not.

Many people are truly trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be literally very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is actually healthy.

Simple Signs Of Spiritual Awakening

1. You feel as though your life is certainly false

Why Does Spritual Awakening happen

Have you ever thought of your spiritual awakening? People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. Spiritual awakening is generally such a state of mind which occurs due to some unexpected incidents of life. A person who is undoubtedly regularly having a fixed routine continues to move on, but if any such event takes place which he never expected, he can face an awakening of his spiritual mind.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person may perhaps get going to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury may well have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he might perhaps have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he starts off to realize the deeper meaning of life. He might perhaps get his spiritual soul awakened.

A dream is truly another reason for spiritual awakening. From that time a person may possibly have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is truly fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

4. It sounds odd, it is certainly not impossible that a person might possibly face some paranormal incidents in his life which may possibly be without a doubt magical or ghostly. Such type of experience may likely result in the spiritual awakening of a person.

5. Any incident which is actually unexpected may possibly take place at any time, an accident, death incident, trauma, failure, loss, etc. These might suddenly result in spiritual awakening. Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he may likely activate to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions may well cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are actually out from the reality. It is normally such a state of mind where you start off to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are literally in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is normally profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

I want to be generally clear that just having some kind of breakdown is really NOT awakening.

The changes someone makes in their external life are without a doubt also not the point of this transformation. We are certainly not trying to create a more perfect or better life; those individuals are usually ego goals. We are really learning to how to be truly free of ego.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is certainly revealed to us what we are really transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is actually complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be certainly fit into neat categories.

With that being literally said it is helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are undoubtedly at right now. The following stages are generally general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is literally a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are certainly searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is really a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you set in motion seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

There must be without a doubt a point to all this, right? In this stage, you’re asking all the deep questions. You are certainly in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself. You will activate dabbling in different metaphysical, self-help, and esoteric fields in search for answers and truth.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

After a lot of soul searching, you’ll find a few teachers, practices, or belief systems that ease your existential suffering.( Beware: a lot of spiritual bypassing can occur in this stage.) You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You might just have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality. This is simply a time of joy, hope, connection, and awe.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

Life is undoubtedly about movement. With the spiritual awakening process, there is actually always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may possibly become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper. You might perhaps have even experienced long periods of connection with the Divine, only to become separated again (this is literally normal). Understandably, you’ll feel disturbed and deeply upset by this experience. Additionally, while you may have experienced many mental/emotional/spiritual breakthroughs, they might feel superficial. You crave for authenticity and for deep spirituality that permeates your life and transforms every part of you. The unhappiness and stagnation you feel will motivate you to go in search for more.

Stage 6– Deeper inner work

In this stage, you are certainly not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep personal work. You might perhaps become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inside child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your personal work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. In this stage, you’ll experience the most profound and long-lasting changes deep within. Many people experience prolonged mystical experiences and periods of unity with the Divine in the integration phase. Remember that enlightenment, or full self-realization, is usually never guaranteed: we can strive for it, but it is simply ultimately a gift from Life.

Nevertheless, profound peace, love, and joy emerge and are without a doubt felt in this stage. You might just feel ready to be certainly a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others. Life will become less about you and more about We. Your perspective will expand and you will set in motion seeing things from the big picture.

Above all else, you will feel connected, at peace with yourself, and deeply aligned with life.

Note: it is generally common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is actually not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is undoubtedly a complex and messy path, so it is without a doubt perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described.

Your spiritual awakening process is without a doubt unique to you. But I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is truly an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are literally here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is without a doubt often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated.

It is normally simple, direct, and clear.

So whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is usually a good time to get out your ego peeler.

Kicking off running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are actually and what life really is undoubtedly. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is truly the beauty of the ego peeler.

When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. However, it is truly important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.

It is literally almost like the Divine is simply showing us how internal work should go. Surrender is actually another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

With that said, surrender is simply not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is normally moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are undoubtedly going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is actually often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest).

This is undoubtedly not to be undoubtedly confused with the heart, which is really located to the left of the heart chakra.

Information and facts on how to deal:

Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be actually felt will keep them from being normally stored in the body.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is literally sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be literally cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was generally due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Tips on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is simply hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Guidelines on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be certainly patient. Whatever you do, do not be normally afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Occasionally the dreams are literally so real that you wake up confused. You might just even have lucid dreams in which you are really in control.

Many dreams may well be mystical or carry messages for you.

And in some dreams, you just know that you are certainly not “dreaming” … that what is happening is truly somehow real.

Help: You will remember what is literally important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … frequently several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are really and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is undoubtedly a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Instructions: There is definitely nothing to worry about. Things are without a doubt definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are undoubtedly around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Good advice: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is generally adjusting to your “lighter” state.

In some cases “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are generally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Pointers:. It is actually best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be truly stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
