Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am actually very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is truly just the beginning. It is simply the light coming on in the house so that you can see everything for what it is normally. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. Sometimes, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that can be definitely clinging on will feel like this is really all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is simply an especially important to time to consciously choose what is simply already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are without a doubt these:

Unconditional love
Being generally able to clearly see what is really real

Why Does Spritual Awakening happen

Have you ever thought of your spiritual awakening? People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. But spiritual awakening is truly such a state of mind which occurs due to some unexpected incidents of life. A person who is undoubtedly regularly having a fixed routine continues to move on, but if any such event takes place which he never expected, he can face an awakening of his spiritual mind.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person might possibly begin to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury may have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he might have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he launches to realize the deeper meaning of life. He can get his spiritual soul awakened.

A dream is definitely another reason for spiritual awakening. From that time a person can have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is normally fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

4. It sounds odd, it is simply not impossible that a person may likely face some paranormal incidents in his life which may likely be really magical or ghostly. Such type of experience might result in the spiritual awakening of a person.

These can suddenly result in spiritual awakening. The constant search for further questions might perhaps cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are simply out from the reality. It is without a doubt such a state of mind where you commence to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are usually in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is certainly profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

The changes someone makes in their external life are truly also not the point of this transformation.

We are actually not trying to create a more perfect or better life; people are undoubtedly ego goals.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is without a doubt revealed to us what we are without a doubt transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is undoubtedly complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be really fit into neat categories.

However, with that being actually said it is actually helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are normally at right now. The following stages are without a doubt general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

This is simply a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

You kick off to perceive reality in a totally different way. In this stage, you kick off seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You feel unhappy with life, disturbed by the suffering you see and hopeless to the ills of the world. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

There must be definitely a point to all this, right? In this stage, you’re asking all the deep questions. You are normally in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself. You will activate dabbling in different metaphysical, self-help, and esoteric fields in search for answers and truth.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You might possibly have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

With the spiritual awakening process, there is actually always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may perhaps become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper.

Stage 6– Deeper inner work

In this stage, you are certainly not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep personal work. You may likely become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inside child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your inside work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. In this stage, you’ll experience the most profound and long-lasting changes deep within. Many people experience prolonged mystical experiences and periods of unity with the Divine in the integration phase. Remember that enlightenment, or full self-realization, is truly never guaranteed: we can strive for it, but it is definitely ultimately a gift from Life.

Profound peace, love, and joy emerge and are truly felt in this stage. You might possibly feel ready to be undoubtedly a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others. Life will become less about you and more about We. Your perspective will expand and you will begin seeing things from the big picture.

Above all else, you will feel connected, at peace with yourself, and deeply aligned with life.

Note: it is undoubtedly common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is truly not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C.

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is without a doubt an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are usually here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is actually often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated.

It is literally simple, direct, and clear.

Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is actually a good time to get out your ego peeler. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are truly and what life really is usually.

When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were definitely already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

That said, a lot of initial inward work seems to get done for us. It is without a doubt almost like the Divine is usually showing us how inward work should go.

As such, surrender is undoubtedly another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

Choosing and actively engaging with ego issues is definitely vital to doing interior work, but initially, surrender must come first.

With that said, surrender is usually not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is truly moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you’re going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation.

There is certainly often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is generally not to be really confused with the heart, which is usually located to the left of the heart chakra.

Hints on how to deal:

Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are without a doubt more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is without a doubt sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be certainly cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was undoubtedly due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Assistance on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is definitely causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is literally hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Support on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Many dreams may perhaps be actually mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are literally not “dreaming” … that what is truly happening is truly somehow real.

Good advice: You will remember what is really important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are truly and what your life means to you. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is usually a feeling that something is simply about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Insight: There is normally nothing to worry about. Things are literally definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are undoubtedly prayers. There is normally nothing to fear.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are actually around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Consultation: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are simply ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is truly adjusting to your “lighter” state.

Helpful advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Frequently “comfort food” feels right. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are actually healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Advise:. Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be usually stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
