What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are really in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is normally profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

The changes someone makes in their external life are really also not the point of this transformation.

We are certainly not trying to create a more perfect or better life; all those are without a doubt ego goals.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is really revealed to us what we are transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is literally complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be literally fit into neat categories.

However, with that being undoubtedly said it is truly helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are usually at right now. The following stages are truly general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is definitely a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are generally searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is undoubtedly a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you start seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

In this stage, you are usually asking all the deep questions. You are in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

After a lot of soul searching, you’ll find a few teachers, practices, or belief systems that ease your existential suffering.( Beware: a lot of spiritual bypassing can occur in this stage.) You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You might perhaps have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality. This is undoubtedly a time of joy, hope, connection, and awe.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

Life is undoubtedly about movement. With the spiritual awakening process, there is generally always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You might perhaps become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper. You can have even experienced long periods of connection with the Divine, only to become separated again (this is without a doubt normal). Understandably, you’ll feel disturbed and deeply upset by this experience. Additionally, while you may have experienced many mental/emotional/spiritual breakthroughs, they might feel superficial. You crave for authenticity and for deep spirituality that permeates your life and transforms every part of you. The unhappiness and stagnation you feel will motivate you to go in search for more.

Stage 6– Deeper inside work

In this stage, you are usually not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep inside work. You can become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, personal child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your personal work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You might perhaps feel ready to be simply a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.

Note: it is really common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is undoubtedly not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is usually a complex and messy path, so it is simply perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described.

Your spiritual awakening process is truly unique to you. I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is literally an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are truly here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is usually often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated.

It is simply simple, direct, and clear.

Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is undoubtedly a good time to get out your ego peeler. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are without a doubt and what life really is truly.

When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were actually already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can believe that a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. However, it is simply important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is certainly coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.

It is definitely almost like the Divine is undoubtedly showing us how inside work should go. Surrender is undoubtedly another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

With that said, surrender is simply not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are simply going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is truly often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest).

This is without a doubt not to be certainly confused with the heart, which is actually located to the left of the heart chakra.

Advise on how to deal:

Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be without a doubt felt will keep them from being actually stored in the body.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are without a doubt more sensitive to every thing around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is definitely sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be generally cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was certainly due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Advise on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is definitely causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is actually hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Solutions on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be literally patient. Whatever you do, do not be without a doubt afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Many dreams can be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are without a doubt not “dreaming” … that what is truly happening is certainly somehow real.

Ideas: You will remember what is normally important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are usually and what your life means to you. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is generally a feeling that something is usually about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Suggestions: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are generally around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Help and advice: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are undoubtedly ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is actually adjusting to your “lighter” state.

Occasionally “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are generally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Help:. It is simply best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be literally stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.Terrifystories Of Spiritual Awakening
