Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am literally very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is simply just the beginning. It is actually the light coming on in the house so that you can see every thing for what it is normally. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. At times, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that might possibly be usually clinging on will believe that this is actually all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is truly an especially important to time to consciously choose what is without a doubt already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are undoubtedly these:

Unconditional love
Being actually able to clearly see what is real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are simply
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually

This last part is really key. Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is literally wonderful. In an opening or glimpse, the window opens, and then it shuts. When it shuts, a person can go back to the way they were definitely acting before. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is usually now in motion. Your perspective, emotions, and physical sensations all move and align seemingly on their own.

The lights in the house are really all on. Sure you can close your eyes, but you know the truth. There can be generally a feeling that there is no going back.

All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are normally present.

They are undoubtedly secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.

Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is literally all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not.

Many people are simply trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be certainly very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is truly healthy.

Simple Signs Of Spiritual Awakening

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury might just have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he may well have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he starts off to realize the deeper meaning of life. He may well get his spiritual soul awakened.

2. A dream is actually another reason for spiritual awakening. Many times it has been definitely seen that a person has dreamt of some deity or Goddess who has given some messages. From that time a person may possibly have a spiritual awakening.

3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is simply fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.

Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he may well commence to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions might possibly cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are truly in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is generally profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

The changes someone makes in their external life are simply also not the point of this transformation.

We are usually not trying to create a more perfect or better life; those individuals are generally ego goals.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is revealed to us what we are normally transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is simply complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be truly fit into neat categories.

With that being said it is actually helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are simply at right now. The following stages are usually general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is certainly a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are undoubtedly searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is usually a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you start seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

In this stage, you are usually asking all the deep questions. You are definitely in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You can have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

With the spiritual awakening process, there is simply always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may well become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper.

Stage 6– Deeper inside work

In this stage, you are normally not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep internal work. You may likely become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inward child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your personal work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. In this stage, you’ll experience the most profound and long-lasting changes deep within. Many people experience prolonged mystical experiences and periods of unity with the Divine in the integration phase. Remember that enlightenment, or full self-realization, is never guaranteed: we can strive for it, but it is normally ultimately a gift from Life.

Nevertheless, profound peace, love, and joy emerge and are undoubtedly felt in this stage. You might possibly feel ready to be generally a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others. Life will become less about you and more about We. Your perspective will expand and you will start off seeing things from the big picture.

Above all else, you will feel connected, at peace with yourself, and deeply aligned with life.

Note: it is generally common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is without a doubt not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C.

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is actually an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are usually here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is usually often very mundane.

Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is actually a good time to get out your ego peeler.

Setting in motion running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are actually and what life really is certainly. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is generally the beauty of the ego peeler.

When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were literally already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can believe that a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. However, it is important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.

It is generally almost like the Divine is showing us how inside work should go. Surrender is literally another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is moving you, you also swim.

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation.

There is undoubtedly often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is definitely not to be confused with the heart, which is literally located to the left of the heart chakra.

Advise on how to deal:

Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be definitely felt will keep them from being truly stored in the body.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are definitely more sensitive to every thing around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is generally sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be generally cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was without a doubt due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Insight on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is certainly causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is undoubtedly hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Insight on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be usually patient. Whatever you do, do not be undoubtedly afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Frequently the dreams are undoubtedly so real that you wake up confused. You may likely even have lucid dreams in which you are in control.

Many dreams might probably be really mystical or carry messages for you.

And in some dreams, you just know that you are really not “dreaming” … that what is without a doubt happening is normally somehow real.

Useful information: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are undoubtedly and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is definitely a feeling that something is usually about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Answers: There is certainly nothing to worry about. Things are simply definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are simply prayers. There is definitely nothing to fear.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are really around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Insight: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are simply ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is generally adjusting to your “lighter” state.

Occasionally “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are generally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Good advice:. It is without a doubt best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be normally stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
