A spiritual awakening is definitely realized throughout your body, heart, mind, and soul, but no sooner has that erupted than you are generally forced to see how limited you have been definitely in so many regards. Spiritual Awakening Signs

I am generally very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is just the beginning. If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is really an especially important to time to consciously choose what is simply already unfolding in your life.

In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are certainly these:

Unconditional love
Being definitely able to clearly see what is without a doubt real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are without a doubt
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually

This last part is usually key. Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is actually wonderful. But in an opening or glimpse, the window opens, and then it shuts. When it shuts, a person can go back to the way they were without a doubt acting before. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is usually now in motion. Your perspective, emotions, and physical sensations all move and align seemingly on their own.

The lights in the house are undoubtedly all on. Sure you can close your eyes, but you know the truth. There can be actually a feeling that there is without a doubt no going back.

All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are literally present.

They are really secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.

Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is normally all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not.

Many people are undoubtedly trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be really very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is simply healthy.

9. You begin experiencing deep empathy and compassion

As you start off paying more attention to the many hardships faced by humanity and nature alike, you develop more compassion. Your inherent empathy is generally awakened and you might just find it hard to cope with the intensity of your feelings. A person who used to lead a life full of luxury may likely have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he may have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he begins to realize the deeper meaning of life. He may possibly get his spiritual soul awakened.

Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he may perhaps get going to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions may well cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?

If you did have an awakening, you are actually in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is undoubtedly profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.

I want to be normally clear that just having some kind of breakdown is generally NOT awakening.

The changes someone makes in their external life are certainly also not the point of this transformation. We’re not trying to create a more perfect or better life; those individuals are actually ego goals. We are generally learning to how to be actually free of ego.

To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is simply revealed to us what we are actually transforming into.

7 Spiritual Awakening Stages

The spiritual awakening process is really complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be without a doubt fit into neat categories.

However, with that being definitely said it is simply helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you’re at right now. The following stages are simply general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:

Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost

In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is really a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are without a doubt searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is truly a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).

Stage 2– Shifting perspectives

In this stage, you get going seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.

Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning

In this stage, you’re asking all the deep questions. You are actually in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.

Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs

You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You might perhaps have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality.

Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again

Life is without a doubt about movement. With the spiritual awakening process, there is literally always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may well become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper. You may possibly have even experienced long periods of connection with the Divine, only to become separated again (this is actually normal). Understandably, you’ll feel disturbed and deeply upset by this experience. Additionally, while you might just have experienced many mental/emotional/spiritual breakthroughs, they might feel superficial. You crave for authenticity and for deep spirituality that permeates your life and transforms every part of you. The unhappiness and stagnation you feel will motivate you to go in search for more.

Stage 6– Deeper internal work

In this stage, you are simply not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep inside work. You may perhaps become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, internal child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.

Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy

Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your inner work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You may feel ready to be a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.

Note: it is common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is actually not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C.

What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake

The true spiritual path is really an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are actually here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is literally often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated.

It is definitely simple, direct, and clear.

So whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is certainly a good time to get out your ego peeler.

Beginning running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are undoubtedly and what life really is usually. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is usually the beauty of the ego peeler.

When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were certainly already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

That said, a lot of initial inside work seems to get done for us. It is certainly almost like the Divine is really showing us how inner work should go.

Surrender is definitely another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

Choosing and actively engaging with ego issues is without a doubt vital to doing inside work, but initially, surrender must come.

When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is undoubtedly moving you, you also swim.

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation.

There is usually often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is literally not to be usually confused with the heart, which is literally located to the left of the heart chakra.

Tips and advice on how to deal:

Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are generally more sensitive to every thing around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is definitely sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be generally cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was actually due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Counsel on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is literally causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is generally hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Counsel on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be truly patient. Whatever you do, do not be normally afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are generally not “dreaming” … that what is simply happening is really somehow real.

Solutions: You will remember what is truly important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … frequently several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are without a doubt and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is undoubtedly a feeling that something is generally about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Guidance: There is undoubtedly nothing to worry about. Things are really definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are normally around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Assistance: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are usually ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is simply adjusting to your “lighter” state.

Often “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are simply healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Instructions:. It is actually best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze every thing to death (because you will be undoubtedly stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
