All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. Frequently, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that may be really clinging on will believe that this is normally all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is truly an especially important to time to consciously choose what is simply already unfolding in your life.

Being certainly able to clearly see what is definitely real

A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually
Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is actually wonderful.
This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is generally now in motion.
All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are usually present.
They are without a doubt secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.
Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is without a doubt all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not.
Many people are undoubtedly trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be truly very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is healthy.

A person who used to lead a life full of luxury may well have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. Thus, he might just have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he initiates to realize the deeper meaning of life. He may possibly get his spiritual soul awakened.
A dream is usually another reason for spiritual awakening. From that time a person might just have a spiritual awakening.
3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is definitely fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.
4. It sounds odd, it is simply not impossible that a person might just face some paranormal incidents in his life which can be normally magical or ghostly. Such type of experience may likely result in the spiritual awakening of a person.
These might suddenly result in spiritual awakening. The constant search for further questions can cause spiritual awakening inside that person.
Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are out from the reality. It is simply such a state of mind where you get going to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.
What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?
If you did have an awakening, you are literally in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is generally profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.
The changes someone makes in their external life are also not the point of this transformation.
We are undoubtedly not trying to create a more perfect or better life; those are undoubtedly ego goals.
To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is usually revealed to us what we are actually transforming into.
7 Spiritual Awakening Stages
The spiritual awakening process is complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be usually fit into neat categories.
However, with that being really said it is actually helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you’re at right now. The following stages are usually general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:
Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost
This is really a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).
Stage 2– Shifting perspectives
In this stage, you set in motion seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.
Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning
In this stage, you are undoubtedly asking all the deep questions. You are really in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.
Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs
You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You may well have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality.
Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again
Life is really about movement. With the spiritual awakening process, there is generally always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper. You can have even experienced long periods of connection with the Divine, only to become separated again (this is literally normal). Understandably, you’ll feel disturbed and deeply upset by this experience. Additionally, while you might possibly have experienced many mental/emotional/spiritual breakthroughs, they might feel superficial. You crave for authenticity and for deep spirituality that permeates your life and transforms every part of you. The unhappiness and stagnation you feel will motivate you to go in search for more.
Stage 6– Deeper inner work
In this stage, you are truly not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep personal work. You may likely become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inner child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.
Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy
Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your inside work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You might just feel ready to be really a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.
Note: it is literally common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is generally not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is certainly a complex and messy path, so it is normally perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described.
Your spiritual awakening process is usually unique to you. I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’
What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake
The true spiritual path is normally an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are literally here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is truly often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated.
It is actually simple, direct, and clear.
Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is really a good time to get out your ego peeler. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are literally and what life really is generally.
When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were undoubtedly already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening
Awakening can believe that a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. It is certainly important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is normally coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.
That said, a lot of initial inside work seems to get done for us. It is literally almost like the Divine is literally showing us how personal work should go.
Surrender is without a doubt another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.
Choosing and actively engaging with ego issues is simply vital to doing inside work, but initially, surrender must come first.
With that said, surrender is undoubtedly not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is usually moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are undoubtedly going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!
10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening
1. Sudden waves of emotion.
Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is literally often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest).
This is undoubtedly not to be undoubtedly confused with the heart, which is actually located to the left of the heart chakra.
Support on how to deal:
Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be literally felt will keep them from being generally stored in the body.
2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.
As you grow more spiritual, you are undoubtedly more sensitive to everything around you. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was normally due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.
Advise on how to deal:
Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is actually causing your issues.
3. Amplification of the senses.
Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is simply hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).
Instructions on how to deal:.
Surrender to it. Let it come through. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
4. Vivid dreams.
Many dreams might just be truly mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are actually not “dreaming” … that what is actually happening is certainly somehow real.
Information: You will remember what is truly important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
5. Events that completely alter your life:
Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are without a doubt and what your life means to you. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.
This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.
7. A sense of something “Impending”.
There is really a feeling that something is truly about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Guidance: There is generally nothing to worry about. Things are undoubtedly definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are literally prayers. There is without a doubt nothing to fear.
8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.
When you are generally around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Directions: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.
This occurs when you are truly ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is certainly adjusting to your “lighter” state.
Occasionally “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.
10. Memories Resurface.
Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are normally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.
Hints:. Keep in mind that it is actually best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze every thing to death (because you will be certainly stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
