What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxGuelphU, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxGuelphU event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

You can learn more about TEDx here.

Note: This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED.

The TEDxGuelphU team would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone involved in "Brick by Brick" this year. Whether you were an attendee, a speaker, a performer, a musician, an emcee, a photographer, a volunteer, a sponsor or simply a silent supporter, your contribution was one of the building blocks for another successful event.

Thank you for supporting TEDxGuelphU and for supporting ideas worth sharing.
